Success measures

What progress looks like

Success is measured in commercial signals — not activity for activity’s sake.

Qualified leads

A consistent flow of relevant Kiwi business owners.

Clear positioning

A compelling reason to choose Scale Up over a traditional accountant.

CRM automation

A visible, structured journey from enquiry to engagement.

Authority content

Useful expertise published consistently to build trust and demand.

How it works

This is a working partnership. We set the direction together, then take responsibility for turning priorities into campaigns, systems, and measurable activity — while your team stays close to the decisions that matter.

Separate scope

Website scoping project

In addition to this engagement, the website is scoped, quoted, and delivered as its own project.

What the scoping project covers

  • Site strategy, structure, and sitemap
  • Messaging, page-by-page copy direction, and proof points
  • Conversion and lead-capture design tied to the CRM
  • Technical and SEO requirements brief
  • Vendor brief, selection, and build oversight
  • Tracking, analytics, and launch sign-off

We manage the developer relationship and quality on your behalf — you approve direction, we handle delivery.

Estimated website fee

AUD $5k–$15k

One-off project fee, dependent on the scope and size of the website required — number of pages, level of custom design, integrations, and content production.

  • Lower range: a focused, high-converting site on a refined template
  • Upper range: larger custom build, deeper content and integrations
  • Fixed quote provided after the scoping phase — no surprises

Your questions

Answering your questions

Which parts of the strategy and delivery come directly from you, and how often?

The strategy, planning, campaign direction, and delivery management all sit with us. The rhythm is fortnightly tacticals with your Wize Marketing senior manager, a monthly board-style KPI review, and ad-hoc access in between. During months 1–3 that includes discovery workshops with Daniel and Amy; from execution onwards it becomes campaign build, publishing, and optimisation run by us.

What do you expect us to resource internally?

Time and truth, not marketing labour. We need the founders in the fortnightly sessions, technical sign-off on content, the founder voice on LinkedIn (we draft, you approve), client and referral insight, tool access, and prompt follow-up of the leads we generate. Realistically 2–4 hours per fortnight across the two of you.

What would need NZ-based specialists or other external resource?

Beyond the website build, the only likely local needs are photography or video in Auckland, and any paid media spend if we choose to advertise. Everything strategic and executional is covered by us. If PR or event activity becomes a priority we'd recommend NZ partners and manage them on your behalf.

If it is only the website build, what is your involvement?

We own the thinking and the accountability: site strategy, structure and sitemap, messaging and page copy direction, conversion and lead-capture design, brief and vendor selection, then reviewing the build and signing off on tracking before launch. You do not manage the developer relationship — we do.

Can we start with strategy now and stage implementation for January?

Yes — that is exactly what we'd recommend given your IT and office transition to 31 December. Run the strategy and planning phase across the next three months at AUD $5,000 per month while your internal focus stays on the transformation, then step into execution at AUD $3,500 per month from January with the plan, positioning, roadmap, and CRM foundations already built. You avoid delaying again, and you start the new year executing rather than deciding.

How does the pricing work under that phased approach?

Three months of strategy at AUD $5,000 per month (AUD $15,000 total), then AUD $3,500 per month from January for execution, month to month. Nothing further is committed until you approve the plan. A website, if you proceed, is quoted separately at AUD $5,000–$15,000 depending on scope.
